Commercial Finance Analyst Salary: 30-35,000 + Study Support Reporting to: Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner The Opportunity We are currently supporting a successful and established organisation with the appointment of a Commercial Finance Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to develop their commercial experience and play a key role in supporting business performance. Working closely with Finance, Sales and Marketing, you will provide meaningful analysis and insight to help stakeholders understand performance, improve forecasting and identify opportunities to increase revenue, margin and profitability. The role is not simply about producing reports. You will be expected to look beyond the numbers, understand the underlying drivers and clearly articulate what the data means and what action should be taken as a result. What You''ll Be Doing Financial Reporting and Analysis Support the month-end process, including revenue reporting, margin analysis and investigation of variances. Produce meaningful financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making. Identify trends, risks and opportunities within business performance. Provide clear explanations of financial results to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Planning and Forecasting Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts.
