Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will combine customer service with day-to-day office administration, helping the repair centre run smoothly while developing your skills through training and practical experience. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Welcome Greet customers professionally and provide a friendly, helpful reception service.Bookings and Scheduling Assist with vehicle bookings, appointments and customer collections.Customer Support Help customers understand the repair process and provide updates, referring complex queries to experienced colleagues.Records and Systems Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and repair records, with training provided.Payments Assist with insurance excess payments and related records under guidance.Enquiries Respond to telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.Office Administration Support filing, document preparation, data entry, correspondence and general office organisation.About YouYou are friendly, reliable and organised, with a genuine interest in helping customers and learning new skills.
