DUTIES:Providing a high level of service to all travellers and travel bookersHandle travel queries, amendments, and cancellations with efficiency and careDemonstrate an excellent understanding of account processes and policiesProviding an end-to-end solution for all clients, in-line with our clients travel policy.Advise proactively on relevant Passport and Visa requirements and procedures for all destinationsMaximising opportunities to enhance traveller experiencesMonitor all bookings for fare/rate saving opportunities up until completion of the trip EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:A minimum of 2 - 3 years'' experience as a Business Travel ConsultantWorking knowledge of a GDS reservations system is essentialFares knowledge of both nett and published airfares preferable PACKAGE:A competitive starting salary of 26,000 - 28,000Excellent company benefits, company training and ..... full job details .....
