Senior Business Travel Consultant

Senior Business Travel Consultant required for an independent travel management company due to an upturn in business. You will be responsible for your own group of clients to form and build close client relationships and provide a high quality service. This is a Monday-Friday role based in the office in Central London and has a salary of up to £38,000 plus company benefits.Senior Business Travel Consultant responsibilities:Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire using the GDSProvide expert advice to clients Issuing, reissuing tickets and calculating airfares Ensuring CRM kept up to datePrompt communication with clients at all stages Assisting with and co-ordinating ancillary requestsSenior Business Travel Consultant skills required:Previous experience in a Business Travel Consultant roleWorking knowledge of a GDS - ideally Amadeus but willing to cross train for the right candidateExcellent customer service skillsProduct knowledgeExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAdditional information:Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm Some out of hours work on a rota basis (paid)Company benefits including season ticket ..... full job details .....
