This is a newly created role for an ambitious Junior Account Manager who is keen to build on their existing account management experience, get closer to some of the biggest names in fashion, and really make their mark.This is not a role where you''ll be sitting on the sidelines. You''ll be hands-on from day one, working closely with an exciting portfolio of fashion customers and getting genuine exposure across the full account management process. Key Responsibilities:Manage and support a portfolio of key fashion accounts, building strong and trusted customer relationshipsWork closely with customers on new product developments, from initial concepts through to samples and productionCoordinate samples, approvals, orders and deliveries, ensuring key deadlines are metLiaise closely with internal teams, factories and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothlyTrack critical path dates, customer requirements and account activity, ensuring nothing falls through the cracksSupport the wider Account Management team with day-to-day account administration and reportingPrepare and maintain accurate sales and account information, using Excel and other Microsoft Office systemsIdentify opportunities to support account growth and develop customer relationshipsTake ownership of tasks and ..... full job details .....
