We work closely with care providers, healthcare organisations, residential services, supported living environments and other specialist settings to provide high-quality staffing solutions.We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, compliant and reliable service while building strong, long-term relationships with both our candidates and clients.About the RoleAs a Compliance and Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all healthcare and social care professionals placed through Prospero Health and Social Care meet the required regulatory, safeguarding and internal compliance standards.Alongside managing compliance processes, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their staffing requirements and ensure they receive a consistently high level of service.You will be responsible for balancing compliance, candidate management and client account management, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial registration through to placement and ongoing support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain high standards of compliance for healthcare and social care professionals.Conduct and oversee compliance checks, including right-to-work, DBS, references, employment history, qualifications and relevant professional checks.Ensure candidate documentation ..... full job details .....
