Joiner - Northumberland

I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local Northumberland based council.

The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Northumberland and wider area. All work will be 2nd fix maintenance which will mostly include bathroom upgrades, installing handrails and shower seats.

This is paramount to help tenants live independently in their own properties.

You will receive:

• -19 P/H
• Company van for work purposes
• Minimum of 2 months work (possibility to extend depending on workload)

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

• Reactive maintenance in tenanted properties.
• 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.
• 2nd fix maintenance to a high standard

I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:

• City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joinery
• CSCS card
• Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
• Driving License
