Joinery Specialist Sunderland (SR4 6SJ) Salary: £13 £20 per hour (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentAre you a skilled joiner with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We re looking for a Joinery Specialist to join a busy manufacturing team in Sunderland. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with detail and creating bespoke, design-led pieces.What you ll be doing: Manufacturing bespoke joinery items with care and accuracyWorking from technical drawings to produce specialist featuresUsing workshop machinery including panel saws, chop saws, routers, and spindle mouldersWorking with materials such as MFC, MDF, and specialist veneersTaking ownership of quality, checking your work and supporting colleaguesCollaborating across the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and deliverySupporting other departments as required What we re looking for: Proven experience in joinery or furniture manufacturing, ideally in a high-end or bespoke settingConfidence using workshop machinery (panel saw, router, spindle moulder, etc.)Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality workAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsA proactive, problem-solving mindset and initiativeReliable, flexible team player with a positive attitudeExperience in door manufacturing is a plus What s in it for you: Permanent, full-time role with opportunities to progressWork on detailed, design-led pieces rather than volume productionChance to develop ..... full job details .....
