Pay: £16/£17 per hour + Overtime Available

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 06:00 - 15:00 or 07:00 - 16:00

• 32-48 hours per week depending on business needs

• Flexibility for overtime and Saturday working is essential

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Joiner / Mould Maker to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business.

Working as part of the Joinery Team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality timber moulds used in the manufacture of precast concrete products for major construction projects across the UK and Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced joiner looking for stable, long-term work with career progression and overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture timber moulds to precise specifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately

• Work to daily production targets and deadlines

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards

• Follow all Health andamp; Safety procedures at all times

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

• Communicate effectively with team members and Line Manager

• Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement

What We''re Looking For

• Joinery qualification or proven experience in a joinery/mould-making environment

• Strong experience producing timber moulds to specification

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (essential)

• Good understanding of Health andamp; Safety procedures

• Experience working to quality standards and production targets

• Positive, team-focused attitude

• Strong communication skills

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Health andamp; Safety certification (e.g. CSR card)

• Experience within a manufacturing or construction environment
