We are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner with strong brass work experience to join a specialist manufacturing/joinery business. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours, long-term progression, and the chance to work on high-quality bespoke products.

The role

• Bench joinery work producing high-quality bespoke components
• Working with brass, including cutting, shaping, fitting, and finishing
• Assembling detailed joinery pieces to exact specifications
• Working from technical drawings and job sheets
• Using a range of hand tools and workshop machinery
• Producing high-end finishes with strong attention to detail
• Supporting production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Bench Hand Joiner
• Proven experience working with brass 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in bespoke or high-end joinery desirable
