Job Coach Central East Wales Salary: £25,200 £26,780 We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate person who enjoys helping people achieve their career goals? We''re looking for a motivated Job Coach to support individuals into sustainable employment by providing tailored coaching, practical guidance and ongoing encouragement. You''ll work one-to-one with participants, helping them build confidence, develop employability skills, overcome barriers and secure rewarding job opportunities. What You''ll Be Doing Manage a caseload of participants from referral through to sustained employment. Deliver personalised coaching, action planning and employability support. Help with CVs, job searching, interview preparation and workplace skills. Build strong relationships with employers and coordinate interviews. Provide ongoing in-work support to help participants succeed. Achieve performance targets while making a genuine impact on people''s lives. What You''ll Need Experience in employability, coaching, mentoring or supporting people into work. A positive, motivational and people-focused approach. Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience working towards targets or KPIs. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
