Strategic Planning JAPANESE speaker - What You''ll be Doing:

Manage and promote strategic projects and programmes across the EMEA region, focusing on Securities-related initiatives.

Plan and implement strategic policies to improve governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance throughout EMEA.

Lead safety and soundness efforts across EMEA branches, offices, and affiliates, including crisis management during disasters, terrorism, and pandemics.

Serve as a key liaison between the Tokyo Head Office and EMEA entities, managing communication, coordination, and negotiation in Japanese and English, including interpretation as needed.

Support senior management and cross-functional teams in developing corporate communication strategies, brand initiatives, facility management, and strengthening alliances and collaborations.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

Native-level Japanese proficiency (written and oral)

Strong understanding of banking and financial industries globally and regionally

Proven experience in strategic planning and business development, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships
