A Japanese IT company is currently recruiting a Japanese speaking IT Helpdesk Engineer to join their infrastructure support team in London.In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT infrastructure support (PCs, servers, networks), troubleshooting, responding to client inquiries, and performing version upgrade tasks.The role will suit someone who has experience in IT infrastructure, helpdesk support, or internal IT, and who enjoys working in a bilingual, multicultural environment.Ref:46751

IT Helpdesk Engineer – Main Responsibilities:• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, networks)• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues• Respond to client inquiries in both Japanese and English• Perform version upgrades and routine maintenance• Collaborate with internal engineers and team leader on issue resolution

IT Helpdesk Engineer – Ideal Candidate:• Experience in IT infrastructure or helpdesk support• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Strong organizational and planning skills• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability• Excellent time management skills• Business level of fluency in both English and Japanese

• Proactive and open to learning new technologies
