who want to contribute to our vision and be part of our transformative journey.The RoleAs an IT Trainer, you will play a key role in empowering colleagues with the knowledge and skills to leverage technology effectively. Your responsibilities will include:Training Delivery

– Designing and delivering engaging workshops, inductions, and webinars tailored to legal professionals.Content Development

– Creating and maintaining high-quality instructional materials, including manuals and e-learning resourcesContinuous Improvement

– Evaluating training effectiveness and refining programmes based on feedback.Support and Guidance

– Providing ongoing assistance to colleagues, ensuring they can confidently navigate IT systems.Collaboration

– Working closely with IT and HR teams to identify training needs and develop impactful strategies.Technology Advocacy

– Promoting a culture of learning and championing the adoption of new technologies within the firm.Project Contribution
