Working closely with the IT Manager you will play a vital dual role in ensuring effective use of meeting room equipment and technology across the firm.Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and accessible IT training to staff at all levels, enhancing digital skills and promoting best practices in software and system usage.Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to maintain business continuity.Assist with ensuring effective use of meeting room equipment and technology across the firm.Work closely with the IT Manager in daily operations.Qualifications
Solid understanding of IT systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Telephony, database development and analysis, and common business software.Experience in training and technical support preferred.Location and Work Type
Office-based at central Cheltenham offices. Full-time position with Hughes Paddison.Benefits
