To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:IT qualification (e.g. Degree, HND, CompTIA)Minimum 1 year in a support role (helpdesk, technician, 1st line support)Strong experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active DirectoryKnowledge of software distribution, HP hardware, backup systemsFamiliarity with Hyper-V, VPNs, Linux, AAD/Entra ID, Cisco networkingUK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide if requiredResponsibilities
Within this position, you ll also be:Provide 1st line IT support for users, printers, mobile devices, and IP phonesApply security patches, antivirus updates, and carry out malware remediationMonitor and resolve backup system alerts and maintain asset registersAssist with licence renewals, warranties, and routine IT maintenanceLiaise with external vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issuesMaintain documentation across all systems and IT processesAbout Talk Staff Recruitment
