Role: IT Infrastructure Tech Support Type: Contract (4 Months with potential extension)Location: London, UKWorking Model: Fully OnsiteWe are hiring an IT Tech Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 support across our IT infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1 and L2 technical support for hardware, software, servers, and networks.Build, image, and configure new laptops and desktops.Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware faults, basic printer issues, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).Key RequirementsSolid technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.Hands-on experience with laptop imaging and desktop hardware repair.Strong customer service and L1/L2 troubleshooting skills.This is an urgent vacancy with a deadline where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
