They are seeking an IT Technician to join their team based at South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College in Melton.The successful candidate will be part of a friendly IT team, working together to deliver high-quality IT support to staff and students via their ticket system. You will be supported by an experienced team with clear escalation routes, training, and regular feedback. The role involves providing 1st line support and, on occasion, 2nd line support.Position OverviewThis role offers opportunities to troubleshoot and problem-solve. A solution-focused approach and troubleshooting experience will help support and resolve a wide range of issues, from initial contact to resolution. You will handle all aspects of technology, including networking, servers, end-user devices, hardware, and server-based IT services such as DNS, IP, DHCP, Active Directory, and more.Position RequirementsExperience in an ICT support roleKnowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 R2 or higherStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteDriving license, as you may need to attend other sitesPosition Remuneration37 hours per week£18,933 per annum22 holiday days plus bank holidaysLinkedIn Learning account and support with gaining MCSA qualificationsFree on-site parking2 hours per week dedicated to personal ..... full job details .....
