IT Support Temp (c5 Months)Norwich - Outskirts On-siteI''m supporting a growing, international organisation looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide interim support within a busy and collaborative IT team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering day-to-day IT support across a multi-site user base.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line support via tickets, phone, Teams and walk-upsTroubleshoot hardware, software and end-user issues across laptops, mobile devices and applicationsMonitor and manage tickets within a service desk system, ensuring SLAs and response times are metSet up and configure new user devices and accountsWork closely with wider IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issuesMaintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvementsSupport continuous improvement of the service desk and user experienceExperience Required3-4 years'' experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support rolesStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365 and general IT hardwareExposure to cloud environments such as Azure and IntuneStructured and process-driven approach, with awareness of audit and complianceStrong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a busy workloadApply ..... full job details .....
