Responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for IT support requests across the business. Providing timely troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software and network issues. Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems and applications. Monitoring and supporting IT systems, networks and user devices. Setting up new user accounts, profiles and system access permissions. Supporting password resets and user access issues. Assisting with the rollout and implementation of new software and technologies. Replacing hardware components and carrying out basic repairs where required. Maintaining accurate IT documentation and knowledge base resources. Supporting users both remotely and face-to-face, explaining technical issues in a clear and user-friendly way.
