They conduct business in line with the Church s ethics and their own company values.They are seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented IT Support Technician to support the venue s technology infrastructure and live event operations. This role involves managing user accounts via Microsoft Entra ID, maintaining IT assets, supporting network connectivity, and coordinating with external vendors and MSPs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly within corporate and community-focused events. About You:Key responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd line support for IT systems across the venue, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction. You ll be responsible for daily checks on critical systems such as network connectivity, device compliance, and endpoint security.
