It Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer Luton, Bedfordshire Up to c 32,000 per year With an excellent company benefits package (including 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Life Insurance, etc.) Skills and Experience: Minimum of two years'' experience in a similar IT support role. Understanding of standard computing systems and networking principles. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and basic networking TCP/IP knowledge. Have a good understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure. Windows 11 and Server exposure in a corporate environment. Ability to troubleshoot common issues with various devices and software. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Effective verbal and written communication abilities to interact clearly and constructively with team members and business users. Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including the capacity to prioritize and adapt to both planned and reactive work effectively. Any knowledge of Power BI or PowerShell is desirable but not essential. Experience using service desk tools and remote support software. Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLAs.
