IT Support Technician We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician in the Hertford region, to work for a 35+ million turnover office technology business. This role comes with a fantastic progression opportunity for an IT professional who is looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career in the industry. Key Responsibilities Providing technical support via the company helpdesk to a wide variety of clients across the UK. Troubleshooting a wide variety of IT systems, including; Hardware, Network and Infrastructure faults. Configuring new user IT/Telecoms/Print equipment Networking devices and providing general support with any technical related queries. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner. Essential Skills Proven experience in hardware and software fault diagnosis and resolution.
