The Role As an IT Support Technician you will be working as part of a small team where you can expect to be involved in a wide range of tasks in a rapidly evolving environment. As part of this role, you will receive training to help you grow and develop your skillsets to help with your success in the role. Responding to and resolving IT support issues both remotely and in person. Provisioning and deployment of hardware and software. Administration of user accounts both on-premises and in the cloud. Maintaining backup infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud. Maintaining physical network infrastructure. Assisting in the documentation of IT processes. Assisting in the deployment of new software systems and servers. What do I need to bring with me? Essential: Enthusiasm for IT and technology. An understanding of Windows operating systems.
