In this role you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure both hardware, software on client and server equipment and ensuring tickets and tasks on their IT helpdesk are completed for swift resolution within company SLAs. You would be required to join their Out of Hours team to remotely support staff at weekends on a rota basis.
