This role is crucial in maintaining our technology environment and aiding in the digital modernisation of our office, factory, and site operations.Responsibilities:Act as first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, in person, or through the support process.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, applications, and network connectivity.Log, prioritise, update, and document support requests, escalating complex issues to the IT Manager or external suppliers as needed.Provide clear, patient, and practical guidance to users, promoting confident and secure use of business systems.Assist with user account administration, permissions, password resets, MFA setup, onboarding, and leaver processes.Support licensing, software installation, updates, and access requests across business-critical applications.Maintain PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network equipment, and site connectivity.Conduct routine checks on backups, endpoint protection, patching, security tools, and system availability.Help improve the use of the Microsoft Suite and other digital tools across departments.Maintain accurate IT ..... full job details .....
