Providing day-to-day IT support to users across the business. Installing, configuring and maintaining PCs, laptops, software and peripheral devices. Supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and server environments. Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. Setting up new users, devices and system access. Maintaining and supporting servers, infrastructure and business systems. Producing clear documentation for systems and processes. Identifying opportunities to improve system performance, reliability and security. Assisting with the research, design and implementation of new IT solutions. Developing and enhancing internal software using C# and .NET. Writing SQL queries, reports and data extracts with a high level of accuracy. ..... full job details .....
