IT Support Engineer
A well-established international manufacturing organisation is looking to add an experienced IT Support Engineer to its UK IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on technical role covering server support and some infrastructure, security, Microsoft technologies and end-user computing within a growing business. You''ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organisation''s IT environment, working across:Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy)Server, storage, backup and monitoring infrastructureServer patching, security hardening and vulnerability remediationVirtualisation technologies (VMware/vSphere)Desktop and laptop supportEndpoint management and device supportBackup and disaster recovery processesTechnical documentation and asset managementBAU support and ticket resolution within agreed service levels.
