IT Support Engineer - Deskside and Remote SupportLytham ON SITE 30,000 - 32,000 per yearFull Time On SiteWe are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team supporting customers across hardware and software environments. This role involves delivering both remote and deskside support while ensuring service delivery is achieved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).This is a customer-facing position suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving technical issues, and providing excellent service in a varied and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide hardware and software support remotely and onsiteReplace desktops, laptops and monitors with minimal disruption to usersCarry out break/fix activities across desktop equipmentPerform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activitiesDiagnose and resolve technical issues using available tools and technical knowledgeComplete allocated support calls and maintain communication with scheduling teamsDeliver timely, high-quality resolutions and escalate where requiredSupport smart hands activities including basic server support where neededFollow company procedures and maintain accurate administration recordsAdhere to security, compliance, and health and safety policiesSupport additional operational tasks as requiredSkills and Experience:Minimum 2 years'' IT engineering experienceStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience supporting Windows Operating SystemsHardware repair experience ..... full job details .....
