IT Support EngineerNorthwich - Fully on-site£160 - £180 per day (inside IR35)PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE WILL NEED TO HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS ON THE UPDATE SERVICEOur client in Northwich is looking for an IT Support Engineer to start immediately on an initial 6 week contract with potential for further extension. You will provide high-quality IT support across ensuring the effective operation, maintenance and development of IT systems, devices and infrastructure to support business operations.Main duties and responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support to staff and students across all academies.Deliver guidance, training and support on IT systems and applications.Respond to centralized service desk tickets, troubleshooting issues efficiently and professionallyDiagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.Set up and configure IT equipment including desktops, laptops, tablets, Chromebooks, iPad''s, printers and AV equipmentThe following skills and experience will be important for this role:Experience in IT support or service desk environmentExperience supporting networks, devices and usersKnowledge of Windows OS, networks and common applicationsUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud systemsAbility to troubleshoot hardware/software issuesAccess to a car with a full UK driving license Valid Enhanced DBS on the update ..... full job details .....
