IT Support Analyst Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England Permanent £35k per year + Bonus We are looking for a well-organised and proactive 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join our team.Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritise IT support tickets using Jira.Respond to and resolve user incidents and service requests.Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, and systems.Escalate complex issues where required and maintain accurate ticket updates. Requirements: Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line IT support.Strong working knowledge of Jira.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
