It Support Analyst

Evolve-IT are delighted to bring to market a1st Line IT Support roles based in Edinburgh. You will play a key role providing remote and onsite IT support including hardware troubleshooting for a diverse range of clients. You will diagnose and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring clients receive the best service possible. Our client is a well-established Managed Service Provider who are renowned for growing and developing team members. This is a company where your IT skills can develop and flourish. You will be part of collaborative and dynamic team who deliver quality service to their clients. Key responsibilities: Working alongside the Service Desk Manager, providing 1st line support and escalating to 2nd and 3rd line where appropriate. Supporting clients through the support desk, via phone calls and online chats Entering and resolving technical tickets in a timely and professional manner Building and configuring hardware and equipment. Identifying and conducting preventative maintenance on client sites. Take pride in delivering an excellent service to clients About you: Solid MS365 and Azure experience. Happy to work 5 days in the office, Edinburgh City. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Nice to haves (not essential): Basic Server and Networking experience. Mac experience. CompTIA and Microsoft certifications.
