IT Support Analyst (2nd Line)

Your New RoleAs an IT Support Engineer (2nd Line), you''ll be the go-to person for clients across the UK. You''ll be the escalation point for the Service Desk team, tackling a wide range of technical issues with your extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking. Based on-site in Taunton, you''ll also get to travel to client sites for hands-on, face-to-face support.
