The Successful ApplicantEntry-level certification or academic background in Information Technology or a related discipline.Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.Familiarity with core networking concepts and system administration practices.A proactive mindset with a strong drive to troubleshoot and adopt emerging technologies.Solid organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.Capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
