Supporting a busy Facilities function, the Technical Services Coordinator will deliver effective technical, fabric, and portering support across the estate. You’ll ensure buildings are well-maintained, compliant, and presented to a high standard.Responsibilities

Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, decoration, and landscaping.Complete compliance tasks (PPMs, PAT testing, water testing).Conduct regular inspections and escalate out-of-scope works.Support FM team with moves, set-ups, portering, and reactive requests.Act as Fire Marshal/First Aider when on site.What the client is looking for

Good communication skills, written and verbal.Problem-solving ability and proactive approach.Experience in facilities/technical maintenance.What the client offers
