Role Title: IT Service Manager (Global Network Services)Location: London, UK (Hybrid -04 days per week)Contract duration: 12/01/2028Pay Rate: £308 per day all inc.(PAYE through Umbrella) Job description: The IT Service Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting global network functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to end users across the organisation. This position is focused on managing operational ( Run ) and project-related costs for network services, while assisting in the development of financial plans for an evolving, globally integrated service landscape. The role requires a strong balance of stakeholder engagement, cost management, and coordination across technical and business teams.A key responsibility of this role is to collaborate with the Vendor Manager and technical teams to gather and analyse requirements related to network services. The IT Service Manager will translate these requirements into financial forecasts and communicate them effectively to business units, ensuring transparency in budgeting, forecasting, and vendor-related payments. This includes supporting the financial planning process for both ongoing services and new technical solutions.
