IT Service Desk Technician

Our long-standing and established client are partnering with us to recruit an experienced Corporate Service Desk Technician to join them on a permanent basis in East Finchley.In this diverse and exciting role, you will provide dedicated onsite technical IT support to staff as a member of the onsite Corporate Service Desk team, ensuring excellent IT services and customer support in a customer centric manner.The role is offered on a permanent basis, and salary will be between 30-35k dependant on experience.Hours will be Monday to Friday, alternating between 8am, 9am and 10am shifts (37.5 hours per week)What you''ll be doing: Providing 1st and 2nd line site-based support to the management team and users.Install, assemble and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripheral items.Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network and peripheral equipment problems.Carry out Active Directory tasks including user accounts, groups and computers.Develop any relevant documentation for processes and solution insight information.Manage joiners, movers and leavers ITSM process ensuring new employees are equipped with the necessary tech and permissions from day oneManage file and print services, including the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of file servers and print devices,Work with IT Manager with the adoption of new technologies and training of staff.What we''re looking for:Friendly and approachable communication style when dealing with colleagues.Strong ..... full job details .....
