IT Service Desk Analyst Monday to Friday4 days a week in office £30.000 - £35.000 plus benefits What you will be doing:Providing support to staff via multiple communication channels including phone, video, chat, in person and emailTroubleshooting hardware and software issuesKeeping inventory accurate and assessing the requirement for IT equipmentSupporting with other activities such as account creation, laptop imaging and configuration, desk setup, mobile configuration, equipment distribution and collection etc.What they are looking for:Experience in an IT/Desktop support/Service Desk roleA good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop deploymentFamiliarity with ticketing systemsExcellent communication and problem solving ..... full job details .....
