This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional looking to develop their career in a structured service desk environment supporting a wide range of users and technologies.The RoleYou will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line IT support, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards across the business. Key responsibilities include:Providing technical support for Windows operating systems and end-user devicesManaging and resolving service desk tickets within agreed SLAsSupporting Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administrationManaging user accounts and permissions within Active DirectoryTroubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issuesLiaising with third-party IT suppliers and vendorsAssisting with problem analysis and incident resolutionSupporting the wider IT team with infrastructure and service improvementsThe Ideal CandidateMinimum 2 years'' experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support roleExperience supporting Windows OS environmentsStrong knowledge of Active DirectoryExperience administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365Exposure to Azure AD / Entra IDExperience working in a structured service desk environment with ticketing systemsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues ..... full job details .....
