Network IT are looking to expand their contract team with a 360 IT Contract Recruitment Consultant who is experienced at managing the entire recruitment process from acquiring clients to placing candidates. The role allows you to plan your own day/week with business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development

- Identify and approach potential clients to win new business
- Pitch recruitment services and solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms of business and fees

- Client Relationship Management

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Understand client hiring needs and business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and talent strategies

- Candidate Sourcing and Attraction

- Write and advertise job vacancies across various platforms
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability

- Recruitment Process Management

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, client submissions, feedback, offers, and onboarding
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Provide interview coaching and support to candidates
