IT Project Coordinator

Robert Half Technology are assisting a Government Services organisation to recruit an IT Project Coordinator on a contract basis. UK remote. ASAP start, 6 months minimum (opportunity for permanent in the future).RoleThe IT Project Coordinator will coordinate and support the delivery of IT initiatives across Search and Rescue (SAR) and Government Services operations.Act as a key link between IT and operational stakeholders, ensuring projects, system enhancements, and service improvements are effectively planned, communicated, and delivered.Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party providers to support delivery of IT projects, enhancements, and service improvements in line with operational priorities.Support project planning and execution activities, including tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and maintaining project documentation and reporting.Provide technical support for SAR IT systems where required, including assisting with deployment, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain service continuity.Support Change Management activities by coordinating impact assessments, scheduling changes, tracking implementation progress, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.Assist in developing project documentation, including business requirements, Statements of Work (SoWs), project plans, and service transition materials.Monitor and report on KPIs, project progress, and service metrics to support informed decision-making and ..... full job details .....
