Project Coordinator / Administration CoordinatorLocation: Leeds City CentreSalary: 16- 18 depending on experienceContract: Initial 8-week contract - could extendStart Date: ASAPHours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday - 1-hour unpaid breakFlexibility: Some flexibility availableParking: No parking available on-siteThe OpportunityWe are supporting a growing technology consultancy in their search for a Project Coordinator / Administration Coordinator to join the team on an immediate basis.This role will play a key part in supporting project delivery, contractor management, compliance, and client engagement. You will become the central point of contact across the consultancy function, ensuring projects and stakeholders are supported efficiently and professionally.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate administrative activities across multiple consultancy projects.Act as the main point of contact for consultants, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.Support the creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs).Maintain project documentation and records within a bespoke PSA system.Manage contractor onboarding and compliance processes.Liaise with end clients to provide updates and resolve queries.Support project scheduling, reporting, and resource coordination.Ensure documentation, contracts, and project information remain accurate and up to date.Provide general operational and administrative support to the consultancy team.Proactively identify issues and support ..... full job details .....
