Infrastructure andamp; IT Transformation Manager Location: East Anglia/Hybrid with Regular UK Site Travel Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + BenefitsReed Technology are recruiting on behalf of a growing multi-site organisation seeking a hands-on Infrastructure andamp; IT Transformation Manager to lead infrastructure modernisation, technology standardisation, cybersecurity improvements and acquisition integration projects. Working across multiple locations, you''ll partner with senior stakeholders, operational teams and third-party providers to build a secure, resilient and scalable IT environment that supports business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across complex, multi-site environments and delivering meaningful technology change.Key Responsibilities Infrastructure andamp; Technology TransformationAssess infrastructure, applications, networks and technology estates across multiple locations.Develop and deliver a standardised infrastructure roadmap.Lead infrastructure refresh, migration and modernisation initiatives.Improve system performance, scalability and resilience.Network andamp; ConnectivityLead WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi improvement programmes.Drive network standardisation projects.Work with MSPs and third-party providers to deliver infrastructure improvements.Resolve connectivity challenges across operational and remote locations.Cyber Security andamp; ResilienceStrengthen security controls and reduce organisational risk.Support cybersecurity and ..... full job details .....
