IT Manager

Bristow Holland is recruiting for an experienced IT Manager to join a growing and established business based in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the company''s IT function, combining hands-on technical involvement with people management and strategic responsibility. You''ll play a key role in shaping the company''s technology roadmap and supporting the business as it continues to grow. Key Responsibilities: Managing and developing a team across IT infrastructure, service desk and business systems. Overseeing and improving IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services and cybersecurity. Oversee the company''s ERP system and wider business applications, supporting upgrades and improvements. Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex IT issues. Deliver IT projects, system improvements and technology initiatives. Manage external suppliers, disaster recovery and business continuity. Work closely with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives. Key Skills: Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar, with responsibility of managing a team. Strong technical background across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking and infrastructure. Experience supporting or managing an ERP system and business-critical applications. Good understanding of cybersecurity, IT service management and disaster recovery. Experience delivering IT projects and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
