The organisation values individuals who are honest, forthright, and capable of coordinating others without being heavy-handed.Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IT operations across two sites and their remote sales operations.Oversee support and enhancement of ERP and E-Commerce applications.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and application issues.Manage user administration, access control, and application configuration.Coordinate upgrades, integrations, and system improvement initiatives.Work with external partners, suppliers, and vendors on fixes and enhancements.Support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.Streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement across IT systems.
