The OpportunityAs the IT Manager, you will:Lead and develop a team of four (Infrastructure x2, Business Analyst, Developer)Oversee a fully virtualised Windows Server 2025 environmentManage and optimise Hyper-V virtualisation platformsHold full responsibility for Cyber Security across all sites and servicesMaintain and enhance network infrastructure (VLANs, switches, firewalls)Deliver key IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and integrationsDevelop and enforce IT policies, governance and best practicesWork with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsManage third-party suppliers and provide occasional end-user support What We''re Looking ForEssential:5+ years'' experience in IT Management or Senior Technical LeadershipDemonstrable Cyber Security experienceStrong Windows Server backgroundHands-on experience with Hyper-VNetworking knowledge including VLANs, routing and switchingProven track record delivering IT infrastructure projectsExcellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsDesirable:Experience with ERP systemsManufacturing industry backgroundKnowledge of .NET or ..... full job details .....
