IT Manager

Bristow Holland is recruiting for an experienced IT Manager to join a growing and established business based in Bury St Edmunds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the company''s IT function, combining hands-on technical involvement with people management and strategic responsibility. You''ll play a key role in shaping the company''s technology roadmap and supporting the business as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a team across IT infrastructure, service desk and business systems.
• Overseeing and improving IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services and cybersecurity.
• Oversee the company''s ERP system and wider business applications, supporting upgrades and improvements.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex IT issues.
• Deliver IT projects, system improvements and technology initiatives.
• Manage external suppliers, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar, with responsibility of managing a team.
• Strong technical background across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting or managing an ERP system and business-critical applications.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, IT service management and disaster recovery.
• Experience delivering IT projects and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
