IT Manager

Lead IT strategy and infrastructure for a technology business operating in the defence sector, delivering secure systems across multiple platforms - with security, resilience and compliance being central to everything they do. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape the IT roadmap, mentor engineers, and represent IT at senior leadership level. You''ll:Lead a team of Senior Infrastructure EngineersOwn and improve on-prem and hybrid infrastructureDevelop a forward-looking IT roadmapWork closely with the Managing Director and CISOEnsure compliance with ISO and security standards This is a predominantly internal IT role, focused on strengthening and futureproofing internal IT infrastructure.
