IT Manager

Robert Half are recruiting for an experienced IT Manager to join a growing HealthTech organisation based in Milton Keynes on an initial 3 month contract. This role will lead IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and cybersecurity within a fast paced, regulated environment.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, endpoints, and core business applicationsEnsure high availability, performance, resilience, and security of IT systemsOversee 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support and act as the senior escalation pointEstablish and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and service standardsAllocate workload effectively and provide technical leadership to the IT functionIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automationPlan and deliver system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancementsAlign IT initiatives with wider business objectivesManage cybersecurity risks including vulnerability management, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planningOversee third party vendors and enforce robust access control policiesWork closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand business requirementsProvide regular reporting on IT performance, risk posture, and ongoing initiativesExperience Required:Proven experience in an IT Manager or senior IT leadership roleStrong background in IT operations and service delivery managementExperience managing ..... full job details .....
