IT Lead - Hospitality

A confidential, high-growth hospitality group is seeking an experienced IT Lead to support its expanding portfolio of hotels across Europe. The role is central to ensuring the smooth daily operation of property-level systems while contributing to major refurbishment, new-opening and transformation initiatives. This position requires a combination of strong technical expertise, operational understanding and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and VIP users. Role Overview The IT Lead will provide comprehensive support across hotel operations, infrastructure, security and executive-level technology requirements. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between central IT and on-property teams, ensuring that systems, networks and devices operate reliably within a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role also carries responsibility for delivering IT workstreams across new openings and refurbishment projects, ensuring that each property is equipped with secure, modern and stable technology. Key Responsibilities Operational andamp; Systems Support Provide day-to-day support for Hotel PMS (Opera/MEWS), POS, Door Access, CCTV, WiFi, payment systems, booking platforms and associated technologies.
